Moscow, Russia — April 26, 2021.
Anton Malkov has assumed the position of Head of the Capital Market Transactions Management Department at Tinkoff Investments. He will develop the ECM (equity capital markets) and DCM (debt capital markets) businesses with a focus on new-economy companies. Anton will be responsible for the organization of IPO transactions and placement of bond loans for corporate clients.

Previously, Anton served as the Managing Director of Sberbank CIB’s Global Markets Department, where he was engaged in ECM development and supervised DCM and M&A from 2015–2018. Prior to entering the Sber ecosystem, Anton worked at J. P. Morgan and Deutsche Bank.

Since 2012, Anton has been actively involved in market reform, in particular in the field of collective investments. Since 2015, he has taught courses on equity capital markets development at the Higher School of Economics and Lomonosov Moscow State University.
