According to the State of Mobile 2022 report, compiled by the analytics platform App Annie, Tinkoff’s super app enjoyed the largest growth in terms of the number of downloads among all mobile apps in the financial sector in Russia.

App Annie researchers estimated that the number of downloads of the Tinkoff mobile app in Russia across iOS and Google Play increased in total by 41% for the year. This consisted of about a 69% increase in downloads on iOS and 29% on Google Play.

The Tinkoff mobile app also ranked second in terms of growth in MAU among financial apps in Russia, while Tinkoff Group applications ranked 7th in the overall ranking of Top Companies by aggregate app downloads in Russia in 2021.

The State of Mobile 2022 report also highlighted the strong performance of the Tinkoff Investments App: it ranked 3rd for growth in downloads (downloads increased by 58% in the year) and 6th for growth in MAU among Russian applications in the finance category.

The App Annie analytics platform publishes its State of Mobile report annually, and it remains one of the industry’s leading studies into the global mobile app market. The State of Mobile 2022 report covered 30 markets and 12 categories, which included gaming, finance, retail, and others.
