Tinkoff was ranked fifth in HeadHunter’s annual rating of the best employers in Russia in 2021.

Tinkoff competed in the tier of the largest companies — those with more than 5,000 employees.

Companies were rated according to three parameters: the performance of their HR department; their employee net promoter score (eNPS), based on their respective employees polls; and a survey of applicants. Tinkoff received a total of 111.39 points, while the highest score among the largest companies this year was 126.39.

Previously, Forbes granted Tinkoff platinum status in its annual ranking of the best employers in Russia. It also rated Tinkoff second in its ranking of female-friendly companies.
