Tinkoff Wins Four Visa Global Service Quality Awards

Moscow, Russia — 1 July 2021.
Tinkoff has won four out of seven CEMEA categories in the 2020 Visa Global Service Quality Awards.

Visa’s Global Service Quality Awards is an annual client performance program honoring the world’s highest-performing acquirers, issuers, and issuer processors. This year, Tinkoff won in the following award categories:

  • Emerging Payment Adoption — Contactless — for the highest percentage of confirmed contactless transactions
  • Emerging Payment Adoption — Tokenization — for the greatest percentage of tokenized transactions via Apple Pay, Google Pay, Samsung Pay, and more
  • Emerging Payment Adoption — Visa Direct — for the greatest percentage of successful transactions; and
  • Pursuit of Excellence — Card Not Present Adoption — for striving for excellence in cardless transactions
